Scope
This statement applies to the CloudTally marketing website, authenticated application and authentication service.
Essential application cookies
The application uses the following essential cookies. They are required for sign-in and security and are not used for advertising or analytics.

These CloudTally application cookies are sent securely, scoped to the current host and use SameSite=Lax. The session cookie is HTTP-only.
The authentication service may use additional essential session or language cookies needed to complete registration or sign-in.
Essential website security cookie
Cloudflare may set cf_clearance after a security challenge or browser check. It helps Cloudflare recognise a verified visitor and avoid repeating challenges. It is used for website security, not advertising or analytics.

This cookie is sent securely with SameSite=None. Cloudflare controls its attributes and may renew it during security checks.
Browser storage
The marketing website stores the selected light or dark theme in localStorage until the setting or site data is cleared. Language selection is represented in the page URL.
The application may use local or session browser storage for interface preferences and temporary dismissal state. This storage is not used for advertising or analytics.
Consent
CloudTally does not currently use non-essential cookies, advertising cookies or analytics trackers. We therefore do not display a cookie consent banner.
If non-essential technologies are added, we will update this statement and request consent before using them where required.
Managing storage
You can clear CloudTally cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Removing essential cookies will sign you out or prevent parts of the application from working.
